| Custom Conversion Envelopes |
| |
| Because there are some limitations to printing on preconverted envelopes, we are able to have just about any type of standard and custom envelope you may need manufactured. Here's some basic info to help you understand the process a little more: |

| Standard Conversions |
| All standard envelopes use a solid steel die, called a "High Die." The envelopes are printed on a flat sheet and are diecut in stacks or reams, somewhat like a cookie cutter. |

| Custom Conversions |
| Because the cost of building a High Die for most custom conversions would be prohibitive, an Adjustable Die can be used for most types of envelopes. Because the knives are independently adjustable, virtually any envelope size is possible. However, the depth of the flap is limited to 1 3/4" and is only available as a square flap and the corners are not rounded. |
